The Science Platform Sustainability 2030 and SDSN Germany organized a official side event at the United Nations High-Level Forum on Sustainable Development 2025:
“Interministerial coordination for achieving the SDGs: Insights into formats, success factors and challenges from research and practice”
It was co-organized by the Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic, Science Platform Sustainability 2030 (wpn2030), SDSN Germany & German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS)
In line with the HLPF 2025 theme of “Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science- and evidence-based solutions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals for leaving no one behind”, the purpose of this Side Event was to explore preliminary research results and insights from different country contexts on formats, success factors and challenges for interministerial coordination for sustainable development.
