Ursula Mathar is Vice President of the BMW Group and head of the Group’s Sustainability and Environmental Protection department. She is responsible for shaping the company’s strategy and management in the area of sustainability and environmental protection. This includes the management of the BMW Group’s sustainability network and the environmental functions of all global BMW Group production locations, the integration of sustainablity principles into the value chain, and sustainability reporting. Mathar is also a member of the BMW Group Sustainability Board and the BMW Group Sustainability Circle.
She is a member of the steering committee of the Science Platform Sustainability 2030 and a member of the working group on Mobility.
