On July 15, 2024, Cepei, the Science Platform Sustainability 2030 (wpn2030), and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) Germany hosted an official side event at the UN High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) in New York. The event aimed to foster exchange and learning among member states and to support capacity building for the integrated implementation and reporting of national and regional sustainability strategies. SDSN Germany and wpn2030 at the HLPF 2024: Exchange and international peer learning on the 2030 Agenda through science, civil society and youth engagement

The High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) took place in New York from 8 to 17 July 2024. Julius Rathgens, Axel Berger and Sarah Löpelt attended the conference on behalf of the wpn2030 team. The  Science Platform Sustainability 2030 (wpn2030) aims at critically reflecting sustainability policy and providing new stimuli for politics and society. The activity report for the first mandate period (2017-2021) provides information on the wpn2030’s agenda, objectives, and formats for dialog and participation.
