About the Platform, Über die wpn2030
The secretariat of the Science Platform Sustainability 2030 is located at the offices of the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies in Potsdam, one of the three sponsors of the platform. The secretariat coordinates the platform’s scientific and administrative operations.
The Science Platform is currently undergoing a strategic redesign process, based on the status assessment of the first phase which was carried out in 2021. During this period, the secretariat is supporting the strategy process, as well as onging core activities (z.B. the “Beirätedialoge” – dialogues between the Advisory Councils in Germany) with two direct coworkers in the secretariat (one position is currently vacant and being refilled), along with three persons (Referent*in) who work specifically supporting each of the three Co-Chairs.
